York Lanes, which opened in 1991, is York University’s main shopping area. Located in the heart of the Keele Campus, the 121,000 sq. ft. centre features over thirty retailers offering a variety of goods and services to the York community, including the York University Bookstore. York University programs occupy the two floors of office space above the shopping concourse. York Lanes is developed and managed by YUDC.

 

YUDC continues to introduce new tenants to   York Lanes as part of its ongoing efforts to keep the shopping centre up-to-date and enhance the student experience by offering more diverse shopping and restaurant choices.

 

Now almost 30 years old, York Lanes is continually changing, introducing upgrades to common spaces and exterior renovations to enhance the shopping experience.
